We operate across Australia and internationally. What We Do We are technical writing specialists who produce a range of documentation including IT user manuals, on line help, general office documentation, policy and procedure guides, corporate governance documentation, DRP and BCP documentation.

Our Staff To achieve success in our assignments it is necessary that our staff have more than just technical expertise. They need to be able to engage and establish working relationships with client personnel at senior through junior levels. They need to be able to work independently and project manage their assignments. They need to be able to work in the client's environment with minimal disruption to normal business, to rapidly absorb information, to accurately assess the target audience and to then to package their material such that the information is effectively disseminated.
